As an Employment Specialist providing direct support through Job Development, Job Coaching, or other services, you are required to complete the 12 core competencies within Workday, the Mandatory Reporting course, and an in-person virtual training called JPSCT.
In this section, you’ll begin by creating your Workday account. Once your account is set up, you’ll find links below for each of the required courses. Please remember that you will not be allowed to begin work until all courses are completed and transcripts are on file.
Be sure to save and keep all login information for your Workday account, as you’ll need it for continued education each year and for any additional training or classes you may wish to explore. We cover up to 12 hours of training each year to support your growth, and we encourage you to take advantage of additional learning opportunities that align with your career goals.
