 Our team works alongside you to identify strengths, explore job options, and find meaningful work that fits. Services may include Employment Path activities, Job Development, and Job Coaching, supporting individuals from early exploration through long-term success at work. 

  Community Living Supports focus on everyday life in the community. Supports are shaped around personal goals, routines, and activities, and may include building daily structure, accessing community resources, and strengthening participation in home and community.

Day Support Activities provide opportunities for social connection, skill-building, and meaningful engagement during the day. Activities are designed around your interests and goals and may include group activities, community outings, and shared experiences with peers.
